Your credit card information is secure. In fact, we don't store any of the information on our servers and send it straight to our payment processor (Stripe).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
From the date of purchase, you have 30-days to return the unit to us. We'll refund you as soon as the unit arrives at our office. In order for us to refund you, all components in the box must be in good working condition. Shipping costs will be deducted from the order when being processed. HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST FOR?
We designed the battery to last for 6-8 hours of active time, covering approximately a week's worth of exercises before needing a recharge.
HOW WATER RESISTANT IS THE PUSH BAND?
PUSH Band will be able to handle rain, water spills and sweat. That covers almost everything except swimming, so don't submerge it in water!
IS THE CHARGING CABLE A MICRO USB CABLE?
Yes. A standard Micro USB cable charges the device.
WHAT OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE SUPPORTED?
PUSH supports iOS.
DOES THE ARMBAND CONTAIN ANY METAL THAT CAN CAUSE SKIN IRRITATION?
No, there is no metal in the armband, device body or any parts that touch the skin.
DOES THE ARMBAND COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?
Yes, we offer small and large sized straps. The PUSH Band has a Velcro strap that is easily adjustable for the perfect fit.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ARMBAND?
The PUSH Band is easily cleaned by hand using mild soap and warm water. Just remember to remove the unit before cleaning the band!
WHAT DO I NEED TO USE THE PUSH SYSTEM?
You need the PUSH Band and the PUSH App to track and analyze your training. If you’re a coach, we offer a web portal that can allow you to manage the schedule of your athletes and monitor their performance for each and every rep you prescribe.
IF CONNECTION IS LOST, WILL IT KEEP THE DATA UNTIL CONNECTION IS RESET?
Yes, we've designed the PUSH Band so that no data is lost in case the connection with your phone is dropped. Plus, the PUSH Band will let you know if the connection is ever lost by flashing the indicator light.

PUSH is proudly designed and made in Canada.
CAN I WEAR MORE THAN ONE UNIT?
We've focused our efforts on minimizing the steps needed for our users' to track and analyze their performance, so we've opted to use just one PUSH Band at a time. We do have plans in the future to test how multiple units could potentially provide more comprehensive feedback on the quality of movement. Stay tuned!
