How to wear THE PUSH Band

  1. Slide the PUSH Band to the top of your forearm, make sure button is facing up.
  2. Adjust the strap so that it is snug, but still comfortable. 
  3. Press and hold the start button for 2 seconds to turn on the PUSH Band.

How to take care of PUSH Band

  1. Remove the strap from the PUSH Band.
  2. Hand wash the strap in cold water using mild soap.
  3. Air-dry the strap completely.
  4. Put the strap back onto the PUSH Band.

      NOTE: Do not expose the PUSH device to water.
