How to wear THE PUSH Band
- Slide the PUSH Band to the top of your forearm, make sure button is facing up.
- Adjust the strap so that it is snug, but still comfortable.
- Press and hold the start button for 2 seconds to turn on the PUSH Band.

How to take care of PUSH Band
- Remove the strap from the PUSH Band.
- Hand wash the strap in cold water using mild soap.
- Air-dry the strap completely.
- Put the strap back onto the PUSH Band.
NOTE: Do not expose the PUSH device to water.
