How should the PUSH Band be worn?

Your PUSH App will indicate the proper Band placement for each exercise. Some important things to remember are:

Upper Forearm

For tmost exercises place the Band on the upper forearm, with the LED facing away from the wrist.

Lower Back

For jumps in Test Mode and Free Movement, place the Band firmly on your athlete's lower back with the Waist Belt for optimal tracking.

Lower Biceps

For bodyweight and some resistance exercises, the PUSH Band is worn on the lower biceps. Be sure that the LED points away from the wrist.
